Project Overview
A studio-specific booking flow for choosing a room, starting hour, one-to-four-hour duration, and available equipment before the request reaches WhatsApp and the operational admin workspace.
The studio booking system brings room discovery, hourly availability, variable session duration, equipment add-ons, and operational control into one consistent experience for customers and staff.

The Challenge
Studio bookings combine more variables than a single time slot. Room character, hourly pricing, consecutive duration, optional equipment, and inventory availability all need to stay understandable without turning the booking flow into a dense form.
Priorities and constraints
- Support sessions from one to four consecutive hours
- Keep room and equipment availability synchronized
- Preserve a visual studio identity across the full booking flow

Decisions Behind the Work
The room, session length and equipment need to form one understandable booking decision.
- Time is more than one slot
A longer session needs consecutive availability.
The hourly schedule supports one to four consecutive hours alongside room character and pricing. Keeping those choices together avoids treating duration as an unrelated note at the end of the form.
- Equipment belongs to the booking
An add-on is useful only when its availability is understood.
Room and equipment inventory remain connected to the selected session. Operators can confirm bookings, block hours and manage add-ons, while the WhatsApp handoff carries the assembled booking context.
The Solution
We created a full-width editorial website with an hourly schedule, room catalogue, equipment inventory, and structured WhatsApp handoff. The admin workspace lets operators confirm bookings, block studio hours, and control add-on availability, while the existing theme can be recolored for a new brand without redesigning the information structure.
