Project Overview
MineHive Store turns the server economy into a complete commerce journey for Java and Bedrock players, from identity and product discovery to Indonesian payment methods, in-game delivery, and community visibility in Discord.

The Challenge
A game store is only useful when the website, payment state, Minecraft account, server command, promotion logic, and community receipt stay synchronized. A purchase could not stop at a generic checkout success screen. It had to become the correct in-game benefit for the correct player.
Priorities and constraints
- Resolve Java and Bedrock player identities correctly
- Verify payment callbacks before fulfillment
- Keep store, game server, and Discord transaction data aligned

Decisions Behind the Work
A successful web checkout must become the correct in-game benefit for the correct player.
- Identity before delivery
Player identity is part of the transaction, not just a form field.
Java and Bedrock account resolution sits alongside the catalog, cart and promotion rules. The fulfillment path depends on retaining that identity through payment verification and server commands.
- Beyond the success screen
Verified payment is the bridge to automated fulfillment.
Xendit webhooks and Pterodactyl commands connect payment status with game delivery. Traceable transaction records and Discord notifications keep the purchase visible beyond the storefront.
The Solution
We built a CodeIgniter commerce flow around a structured product catalog, cart discounts, referral and affiliate rules, Xendit payment webhooks, and automated Pterodactyl commands. Completed purchases generate traceable transaction records and Discord notifications while the storefront keeps ranks, upgrades, Bucks, bundles, and seasonal offers easy to navigate.
