Project Overview
A complete event journey that replaces scattered Instagram and WhatsApp orders with zone selection, batch stock, payment review, ticket lookup, unique QR access, and a separate backstage workspace.
EventFlow turns a colorful event campaign into one controlled ticket journey. Visitors understand the show, choose a zone and active batch, submit payment, check confirmation, and carry an individual QR ticket to the gate.

The Challenge
Many organizers still announce events on Instagram, confirm purchases one by one through WhatsApp, reconcile transfers manually, and sometimes ask buyers to visit a physical location. The result is slow replies, uncertain stock, fragmented customer records, and ticket status that is hard to verify.
Priorities and constraints
- Keep the public campaign expressive without making ticket selection confusing
- Preserve price and stock by batch while payments are reviewed manually
- Separate the customer journey from protected admin and backstage controls

Decisions Behind the Work
A campaign can be expressive while the ticket, payment and admission states remain precise.
- Separate excitement from complexity
The campaign introduces the show; selection clarifies the purchase.
Lineup content leads into zones and active ticket batches. Price and stock belong to the selected batch, keeping the purchase context explicit while a transfer is awaiting review.
- Approval becomes admission
Payment proof is a review stage, not the end of the journey.
Backstage approval connects the order to QR activation and ticket delivery. Status lookup gives buyers a way to revisit confirmation without exposing pricing, stock or crew controls.
The Solution
We designed one branded web system for event discovery, lineup communication, zone and ticket selection, transfer proof, status lookup, and unique QR delivery. A separate backstage area lets the crew manage active batches, pricing, stock, incoming orders, payment approval, and QR activation without exposing operational controls to the public.
What we delivered
- Product strategy
- Ticketing flow
- QR e-ticket
- Backstage operations
- Full-stack development

Show the event, then clarify the choice.
The campaign, lineup, venue zones, ticket categories, batches, pricing, and stock live in one web journey instead of being explained repeatedly through social messages.
- Event discovery
- Zone clarity
- Live batch choice

Every confirmation ends in a unique QR.
A structured order record replaces fragmented chat follow-ups. Buyers can submit proof, look up the same order, and retrieve an active QR ticket once the crew confirms payment.
- Submit proof
- Check status
- Carry the QR

Public experience outside, operational control behind.
The backstage role stays in its own protected area for batch activation, ticket pricing, stock, incoming orders, payment decisions, and QR access status.
- Protected crew login
- Batch and stock control
- Payment and QR review
